Enrolment grants a single person a non-transferable licence to access the course materials, templates and tools for the term shown on the plan you bought. Lifetime plans mean the lifetime of the product, and include updates published while the product is offered.
A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded more than a quarter of the template library. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
